Offaly County Council

Co. Offaly is the ‘virtual’ venue for ENCORE 2021. We invite you to watch the welcome address from Ms. Anna Marie Delaney, the Chief Executive of Offaly County Council. In her address, Ms. Delaney outlines a number of inspiring projects and local initiatives which have been delivered in Offaly and across the Midlands region. This exhibit contains videos and brochures which demonstrate the wide ranging actions which have taken place in Co. Offaly which cross-cut the conference themes. In particular we draw your attention to the work of Offaly County Council, Green Offaly and Offaly Comhairle na nÓg (Offaly Youth Council).
